I dont think Ricky beating Tackie is very relevant. I am pretty sure Matthew already knows he is no Ricky Hatton. I disagree, I think it would be very relevant to him. Sure he is not up there on the level of his brother. But he would like to think that someday he may be (why else is he still pushing forward). So to beat a fighter that his brother fought is an indication to him that, yes, he should keep chasing the dream.

Hope Matthew wins. He's a good guy. It would be a nice little personal victory for him. To lose to a fighter that your brother beat is a hard thing to swallow. Tackie is beyond shot and Matthew Hatton has never been advertised as anything more than the bum he is. I don't get it. Why is there discussion on this fight? Who cares? Either fighter could win by 1st round KO and it wouldn't mean anything.

If Tackie shows up on form and wants to win he should have far to for Matthew, to be onest Matthew shound't be really were he is today, he gets on all Ricky's big fight undercards etc Mayweather,Malliganngi, because of Ricky, he rarely fights on british soil now and when he does he gets beat or struggles, but yet still on big ppv undercards but yet fighters alot better than him in britan are still on low wage purses and are still little venue cards?
