Banks is the +220 underdog.. so I think it's a good bet...
Just dropped a $50... but want to see the poll result before I bump it up... :mybeer:
what do you all think?
All things being equal I'd pick an Enzo win. However, coming off a bad KO loss and straight into a title fight, you have to fancy the 2:1 odds. Enzo's way underrated on here IMO - his chin is fine (no use if you don't keep your gloves up though, like he did against Haye) and he has fought some decent competition in between a couple of absolute dog tod opponents.
Mind you, having watched Banks' last fight, 20:1 might be closer to the truth. He was bloody awful. It'll be worth watching anyway.
The worst division in boxing.
I disagree ok there isnt much talent at cruiserweight but the fights are much more exciting than at heavyweight, go and watch Mormeck he was very exciting to watch.
As for this fight i was very impressed with Banks performance against Castillo after he was knocked down he came back very well and destroyed him, and i thought he would be one of the top guys, but he was very unimpressive in his last fight his stamina looked poor and his punches seemed slower than they did against Castillo. I am not sure how this one will go but i will back Banks.
Enzo did look pretty solid against Braithwaite who was mean't to be a banger.
Haye was an out of this world puncher at that weight. If I saw Banks at all I might pick him lol.

Enzo has a good heart and his chin isnt that bad.
I think he showed to much respect to Haye in his last fight although Haye had to really catch him half a dozen times before he got ko'd.
Enzo will win by tko.
Wish you didn't say that...
come on man.. I've got money at stake :mybeer:

The worst division in boxing.lol, Either this is a poor flame post or just a poor guy who doesn't know any better. Anyways, Banks has gotten some great sparring with the likes of Klitschko, Chapman, and even Lee. As someone previously stated, the best bet is for Banks to come out early and apply pressure. If he tries to take his time, Enzo will gain confidence and take control of the fight. The one thing that Jonathon possess that Enzo does not is a fighter's heart. We know Banks will get up from a back knockdown or two and fight on, I don't see maccarinelli doing the same.
Steward has never really been Banks' trainer. Javon "Sugar" Hill actually has trained Banks his whole career. Steward, being the owner of Kronk, has always been Banks' manager.
Steward has only taken to partial hands on training and cornerman since Banks' fight with Castillo.
It will be interesting to see if Steward is even in England with Banks with Wladimir fighting the following weekend.
Didn't know that, thanks.
Steward still trains him to my knowledge.

you may have a good shot mr s. mac has a so so chin, and banks may jump on him, and get him out early. if it goes deep though i think mac may win, but it's a good bet imo.
I haven't seen too much of Macca but what I have seen was not great. I was not too impressed with Banks either so I am not really that anxious to see this one to be honest.
