Just watched the David Haye fight.

i watched this fight live at o2 arena haye is faaaaackin awesome he's got speed power agility movement he really has got it all. he's also arrogant and brash and he'll tlak to sell fights. just what the heavyweight division needs I agree. It's nice to see an actual athlete in the heavyweight division and his personality creates some excitement as well. Though, like a lot of people I'm suspicious about his chin....

lol Theres only 2 ways to play that off.. 1 get up and laff knowing that every other fcuker is laughing at you and 2 just act like fcuk all happened and hope no one saw nothing which exactly is the one monte took... shit, i woulda gotta up laughing and bowed to the crowd.

He's poor imo, as soon as he goes up against someone he cant control with the fear of his speed then he will get ktfo. Has no chance against Vitali although of course I want him to go all the way. Goarrn Haye lad!

Haye is exciting and I reckon he will only improve at Heavyweight once he grows into the division more.

Vitali seem very interested in doing business with Haye and thats a scary thought, Nice to see Vitali there though..Haye is the sort of excitement that the HW need, He goes for the KO and its either he gets it or he himself gets KTFO.

i like haye as a hevyweight as well - he reminds me of kessler when he punches very punch is thrown with harmful intent, he doesn't waste his punches and his speed and economy of punching are pretty good as well. like alot of ppl i also so have questions over haye's chin but i think alot of people are making too much out of it, haye had to really boil down to make the cruiser limit sometimes when a fighter does that it does leave your legs drained. look at cotto at 140 he was often hurt but at WW he looks alot stronger. haye did say after the fight that a heavyweights jab was like a cruisers right hand but imo that is just something that he will get used to. personally i think he needs one maybe even 2 more fights at heavy - one against dimitrenko and one against toney/thompson. haye has made the mistake of being too eager before - he shouldn't need reminding that he wasn't mentally or physically ready for carl thompson and imo he not mentally or physically ready for either of the klitchsko's. however that said its nice to see a heavyweight who is willing to take risks. ________ GRAPE APE

lol, I said the same thing to my girlfriend, "Very niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!" Haye is without a doubt the most exciting Heavyweight at the moment. His hand speed looks fantastic. His chin constantly worries me though, I always feel like he's one shot away from getting Khan'd, but I suppose that's part of the excitement with David Haye. I pray to Allah, Vishnu, Buddha, Hey-Zeus Christo, and Satan that he beats the Klitschko's I haven't seen him enough to know much about his chin, the two fights I've seen him in he hasn't had much problems. But then again, I am new to Haye. Indeed he is entertaining though.

It is exciting to watch Hayes swing away. But the best part of the fight was Barretts' ring entrance. Even though I like Hayes, I have a feeling when he fights W.Klitschko, he can keep Hayes at a distance w/ that jab that he wins all his fights with. I hate to say it, but that jab is pretty sick, boring but sick.

The thing about Haye is - you guys said it- he's exciting. Honestly, I agree he did look a bit sloppy a few times when he was winging in to put Barrett down again but that, to me, was a conscious decision to try and finish in impressive fashion. Haye knew what statement knocking Barrett out would be- the only one that would cause his star to continue to rise. So, when confronted with the chance he went all out- like many boxers refuse to- and pulled the trigger to try and get his guy down again. Even then, the aggression he uses when trying to finish an opponent actually seems to be getting more effective to me.

Whenever I watch him fight, every shot makes me sit up. If he throws, his power, his speed...damn, if he's getting hit his chin always worries me. I think it just adds to the excitement of Haye. I am sure he will be taken out, in pretty spectacular fasion, sometime soon. But, I will always root for him.

btw, I can't help but laugh at how Vitali talks after watching Borat. :lol1: Cohan got that accent down to the t!
