OK,Calzaghe won his fight against Reid fair and square. Just please don't pretend that any version of Calzaghe would have beaten Roy Jones Jnr in his prime. Calzaghe v. Jones, Jr., prime on prime, would have been a great fight. Don't have to pretend. Calzaghe didn't pretend last week when he simply beat the %&* out of Jones. No pretending there.

This fight has been dissected over and over on here over the years. And the Roy avatar tells me all I need to know about why you'd make this thread with that title. I personally thought Reid won due to his harder shots, specifically his right hands, but I guess it could go either way. Calzaghe was getting hit pretty cleanly in the mid rounds, the later rounds were closer.
