Hopkins' reason being that he doesn't have many fights left in him and this would be the perfect note to end his career on and Jones' reason being he is completely shot and is just an embarrassment out there now, like a musician from the 50s or 60s who's old and no longer can sing for shit and everyone feels bad that he's still doing concerts. But a lot of people have wanted to see this fight for a long time I think it would be a great way for both of them to leave the sport.
