Gomez has stated he is planning a big 09 return. He says he will be getting back in the mix. I can see the kid beating the lower end of the top ten fighters, but will and heart can only get you so far when you dont have the physical gifts.

I guarantee you the reason he has been out of the ring is because he is questioning his abilities and whether or not he wants to continue. He saw where he was at, it put him into perspective. No matter what you do.. boxing is an honest sport and you can't lie to yourself because sooner or later you will find out just how good you are. thats so true
