Has anyone heard any other news on the possibility of Mayorga fighting Angulo??? I hope it happens. It's a good step up fight for Alfredo right now.

Yeah, I'm not sure if Mayorga can stand up to hard punches anymore. He's damaged. But it is a step up for Angulo non the less. Maybe a dangerous one, given Mayorga's power and Angulo's lack of defense. Mayorga is still dangerous, he still has his power so it's a dangerous fight for a guy with only 14 fights to take but I think he'll win.

I agree, Chavez Jr is gonna need like 20 to 30 more fights against bums to become competitive at the top level. That is if he's got the potential. He didn't have an amateur career. But yeah, Angulo eats up Chavez Jr right now. But can "El Perro" eat up Mayorga???
