Does anyone have any advice as to how I can build all of my muscles without going to the gym?
At the moment I have hardly any spare cash. My wage is about £13, 000 per year. Therefore, I cannot afford the gym. In fact, I have never had gym membership.
I have two 5kg dumb-bells and that is it. I have been using them for about two years and all I have is large biceps.
Try the wheel like my friend Ross does it...standing up with weight vests on!!!!

I've seen that before, it's really amazing. Most people's backs would snap in half if they tried that. I can almost do a standing wheel rollout after months of training but it'll probably be a while longer before I can add a vest as well.

BTW you dont need to go to a gym buy your own equipment you wont need over 200k or anything stupid like that say about 70 ,80kg to start with in different size weights of coarse
free weights are better aswell cause machines isolate the muscle they dont always work secondry muscle groups like triceps ,biceps etc
if you go on a pec deck it is not working your triceps its exculsively working your chest and possibly your front delts
but if you do a bench press it works the secondry muscle groups aswell chest, front delts and triceps
Calisthenics
Push-ups, pull-ups, dips
But the key to this is that you have to change your routines constantly. and you don't have to do it everyday as long as you best your last output you will definitely see results. 5 days a week is Good.

Do regular push ups and you're good to go. Worked for me.
yup. i use to do some many bent rows, and pull ups i could hardly do biceps after! lol.
:lol1:
this is the guy who owns the gym i used to work out at,sound bloke
yeah most guys that go for strength training tend to put more emphasis on the larger muscles like chest, legs, back as apose to smaller muscles like triceps, biceps, shoulders, calves
the bench press incorporates triceps, front delts anyway so
as back incorporates biceps etc

t- i would not go crazy on heavy curls. one SET WITH A 25, THAN 35, AND THAN a 45 on each side (135LBS)for the last set. i would do each of them till failure. heavy weight on those killed my wrists. than i would fo preacher curls, and dumbell alternating curls to finish.

To look and feel good about yourself is the most important
No disrespect to peeps on here that dont train but i couldnt live with myself

true man. now i am into it for different reasons. when i was young i would have been in the training section and talking about it non stop. now i just do it, and it's part of my life so i can look good, and feel good. back than i wanted to be the strongest kid in the gym. now i just wanna be in great shape to get the pussy, be healthy, and occasionally whoop a little ass when need be. lol.

thanks g, fter college i got into it hardcore because i realized in college that i had good natural strength, and needed something to do after graduation. as i got older, and after my powerlifting competiton was over i wanted to be more well rounded. so now thats what i do. i feel the best now at 33 than i have ever felt.

Eat big and lift big. That's the only way.
If you can't afford weight or membership (like me), improvise.
Use body exercises, get a bag and fill with stones (increase gradually). Work out 5 times a week, drink lots of water and eat lots.
he should also juice like you to take that "next step", as you call it
thats fair play Melly-Mel you are deffo one strong mother
full respect i know how huge those weights you are lighting are and how hard you have to work to get there i have shrunk since i stopped training id be lucky if i could rep 80 kg at the moment
what were you curling Melly-Mel ? mine will probably sound lame next to yours :lol1: but i used to be able to do 50 k on a E Z bar 5 reps

never touch any of that shit. don't believe in it man. no bench shirt or squat suit ever used either. i was always naturally strong even as a kid, and still am. i remember playing football in college and me and the kicker were probably the only 2 fellas not taking any of that bullshit. i'm totally against tht cheating shit. anyway, i think if i trained for it now i could actually do a bit more than my previous best. i feel strong as hell, but i like my build now, and the fact that i can go run 5 miles, and still bench well over 400.

ery day! If you want big legs then you have to do squats. If you want defined legs then do jumping exercises and run often.
238 KG you were one bad mother Melly-Mel :lol1: no offence but was that natural ?
i was 168lbs and my best bench was 115kg 3 reps ,no gear though ive never taken steroids its okay for an amateur of my weight
