Because of their 1 off styles do you think they could be good trainers...
I think Tyson would be the best because of the boxing Knowledge he holds...and I think it would be good for him..
In regards to your first paragraph.
Have you heard Jones' commentary on HBO?
I have heard Jones I know that he knows technical and fundamental boxing but that doesn't mean he can teach it to someone else.
One thing I could imagine is, that both Mayweather and especially Jones would estimate inhuman things from their boxers. Things they could do but nobody else got the talent for it.
I know what you mean....I was thinking the same thing...If they were trainers do you think they would only train boxers that had a chance of imitating their styles...

If my boss didnt like talking to me so much.....Id go for the liquor in the supersized Mcdonalds cup after lunch...I know im not the only one that plays bartender at work sometimes..:hijacked:
Yeah man, me too.
I've thought about doing it before but it's too risky. I'm always talking to the director (which is my direct boss).
shit is tempting tho man!
In regards to your post.
I wish I had atleast one bottle for me right now.

I don't think Jones would make a good trainer because he was not a technical and fundamental fighter. That is not to say that he doesn't know them but I think it would be extremely hard to teach someone some shit you didn't use.
Mayweather could be a trainer but no way that shit could happen in the near future. Maybe 15-20 yrs from now when he has slowed down with his lifestyle because of age and maturity.
Tyson may have the knowledge but like most have said he doesn't have the patience.

Tyson does not have the total commitment or the patience, although he would be a very good second... and if he did eventually find the dedication & commitment then I feel out of the three mentioned he'd possibly be the favourite pick - also he'd be great for judah/mayweather melee moments!!
Mayweather wouldn't be able to put anyone before himself... champagne bucket & sponge, with a blinged out cooling iron!
Jones.... hmmm not sure.
Mayweather would try to make his own ring entrance...
dont think tyson would hve the patients, mayweather and jones would be to cocky...but yea they all could be good trainers if they applied themselves
Imagine the weigh ins!!!!!
Hopkins would make the best trainer.
He's also the most intelligent both boxing wise and book-wise, not that I think he read alot of books but maybe one or two. He's also the most eloquent. Then again he's also a bit of an arsehole.

As Tyson himself said, he doesn't have the patience and discipline to train fighters and Tyson's style wasn't 1 off.
I don't think Mayweather is responsible enough to be a trainer either.
Jones could be a pretty good trainer though as could Hopkins.
