Guys, why don't you consider Vitali as the hardest hitter? I mean his KO ratio speaks for itself, doesn't it? Wlad himself said that his brother (in his prime) was the one who was hitting harder. He doesn't need to throw lots of hard punches...he has serious one punch power in his right arm. Because he doesn't really have one shot KO power, but he hits hard and his shots punish. The huge majority of his wins over the last 10 years are technical KO's.

As for Peter, he got really good power, but like everything in boxing, having good power and being able to deliver it are two big differences. He is a scary fyck against subpar opposition, but anyone who is good enough, can work around it. Yeah...Any 250 lb man in shape and trained would have power against subpar opposition. Too easy. The hardest hitter in the division my ass with his 2 KO's in 8 fights.

He is a legitimate hard puncher but the delivery of his punches are pretty poor, if he can improved his technique, he'd hit that much harder.

Sam Peter has good power, but except for Maskaev he's been fighting people that aren't so easy to KO, like James Toney, Robert Hawkins and Jameel McCline. I'm not saying he doesn't have power, but it's a bit over the top saying he's some sort of behemoth KO artist. The McCline fight could of easily ended up being a KO loss for him. Yea, I know ... It wasn't, but it could of been stopped and I don't think many would of cried foul.

Exactly. No ones KOing Toney. Peter had him on the deck, and on queer street, numerous times though.

Regardless of his opponent that vid demonstrates his power, and that shot would have blasted most of the current division. Yes, he is very powerful

He's a legitimate powerhouse, but his technique is so poor that he has to catch you flush to get his better quality opponents out of there. What hurts him is that he isn't fast and his punches are almost always looping. If Vitali has his legs under him he should be able to hang in there.
