They cite TV rights conflict as Bautista's promoters has an agreement with a rival network of the TV network that would be airing Pacman vs. dela Hoya. I love both Pinoy and Mexican fighters, to be fair though, Baldomir wasn't marked against Forrest or Mayweather. Andrade was not marked after Kessler. But be fair, Penalosa got outboxed badly for the entire fight until the last second. He never took anything huge, but it was more or less a clinic. Outboxing an old man is very easy to do...
