LOL, looks like Peter enjoyed a few Bavarian beers too many, he's got one healthy beer belly there.

He was probably playing possum there, he is not THAT slow.
The lack of intensity in that workout video troubles me. Peter looks absolutely awful while the photos/vids of Vitali training look very promising. In any event, this should be a very fun hw championship bout to watch....:boxing:
Wow, I'm amazed how dismal Peter looks. What the hell was he doing? I've seen sumo wrestlers move faster than him. The worst training video of any fighter I've ever seen! Vitali is going to have his way with him...

C'mon man, you've been following boxing long enough to know that you can't tell what kind of shape a guy is in by looking at a picture.
A beer belly is usually a good hint.
Where is the guy who tried to explain that just because he is fat as all hell doesnt mean he isnt in great "fighting" shape?

I heard Tyson in german some explain
Also what were they doing to the boxing bag
His trainer used to train Tyson. That's all they said about him.
At the end he said he knows he can get a rematch with Wlad if he beats Vit

...A harpooning similar to the one delivered to Kirk Johnson is what I expect.
He really doesn't look any fatter than he normally does to me. He's really, really think naturally and he never gets in great shape either. He always looks like that. As for the guy who said he wouldn't be surprised if Sam weighed 250+, well... I'd hope not. He has weighed 250+ for five of his last six fights. The time he didn't, the rematch with Toney, he weighed 249. You have to go back to the beginning of his career to find a time where he consistently came in before 245. He has scattered times, but he's usually over it. He is never in great shape. He is no different there than he always is.
I got vitali by ko, but I think Sam Peters team realizes that there man stands no chance so they want him to come in really heavy and hope he can get vitali out in the first round. I think there plan backfires, and Vitali beats the crap out of Sam peter... Stoppage or ko probably around 7-9th round by vitali. :boxing:
If they both try to knock each other in the beginning of the fight, it'll be brutal.
Sam Peter looks heavier because it looks like he has been lifting weights, his arms look way more muscular then they normally do. He is coming to try to knock Vitali out. He will fail.

One of Peter's trainers, Stacy McKinnley, also worked with Mike Tyson briefly.
That could be his downfall on this fight. McKinley ain't that good of a trainer, he trained Tyson for Nielsen which went well however Tyson came in not fat but bulky and it effected his stamina. He trained Ray Austin for that massacre in Germany and now he's trainin Peter after Peter let go of Andy Anderson for Stacey. Pops wasn't too bad of a trainer just didn't discipline Peter. He get's deducted for points a lot and comes in overweight ya know? So new trainer might be good or hopefully is with the money I got riding on it.

Too much Bangers n Mash he musta had eh?
I think he had more than Bangers n Mash, I think Toney gave him some conditioning tips....
"MCDONALDS WE GO'N GO MCDONALDS"
Well if Vitali ****s this dude up, it'll probabhly show that either Peter was real out of shape or that Vitali really is that good. He's been gone for years, and if he comes back and ****s up Sam Peter, supposedly one of the best Heavyweights, then there'll be no excuses.
Not being in shape is never a legit excuse for me. If one guy works harder and takes the task more seriously than the other, then he deserves to win. Not being in shape is not an acceptable excuse. That's like not completing a homework assignment. Who's fault is that?

You're not kidding. I wouldn't be surprised if he weighs 250 plus for this fight. He's never had a great physique but that stomach is ridiculous for a boxer.
