How were TICKET SALES for MOSLEY-MAYORGA???

Cotto-Judah did 21K? That looked really packed, but I didn't think it was a complete sellout. I could've sworn the last complete sell out of the MSG was Lewis-Holyfield. The place was frickin packed like sardines. nah. I was at Cotto-Judah as well. it was REDICULOUSLY packed. The people in the bleacher sections stood for the entire fight. A crazy crazy crazy fight atmosphere. Dan Rafael called it one of the best he'd ever seen. Cause it waas on the Puerto Rican Day Parade.

The last fight there was JOnes-Trinidad, and it did 10,000 because it had this same kind of rediculous pricing. I am a SUPER hardcore fan, and would have DEFINETLY gone to that fight, if i didnt have to pay 200 bucks to sit way in the back... OR 15,000 bucks to sit in the front row. Anyway, Cotto-Mosley did 18,000 in the garden, which i attented cause ticket prices were reasonable, and the last fight to do 21,000 was Cotto-Judah which sold out the garden entirely. This fight will not come close to selling out. i can garuntee that. the tickets are outrageously overpriced. Ticket sales will more then likely pick up once the 24/7 series begins, so i say 15,000 seats MAX, in an arena that holds 21,000+. I thought calzaghe jones was doing well? This is a huge fight you think tickets are going to be cheap? IM sure jones vs calzaghe will be a sell out i would go if it was on the west coast.As for mayorga mosley, why do people care how much people are watching? Damn floyd has everyone talking ppv and ticket sales. Shane vs mayorga will be an exciting fight. I can care less how many people are there watching it. This fight does not deserve to sell out, the promoters are clueless (RJ and CAL are promoters) and the undercard is garunteed to be one of the worst of the year. Crowd atmosphere. I think that adds to the excitement of the fight. Makes it more of an event. A hot crowd always livens up a sport. Same goes for football or basketball. yea exactly. and people dont talk about PPV numbers and ticket sales because of Floyd Mayweather. he got nothing to do with it. Oh yeah? Who's fighting? Firat Arslan vs. Guillermo Jones, 12 rounds, for Arslan's WBA cruiserweight title; Denis Inkin vs. Fulgencio Zuniga, 12 rounds, for vacant WBO interim super middleweight title; Vladimir Virchis vs. Juan Carlos Gomez, 12 rounds, WBC heavyweight eliminator I am looking very forward to the Zuniga fight. I am a big fan of his and i think he could win this fight he keeps up the workrate. Zuniga knocked out that overrated KO artist recently, and gave Kelly Pavlik a very tough fight

Yeah, Mosley Mayorga should do good. A lot of casual fans have heard of both from the DLH fights which are probably the only fights they have seen with either guy. We know that fight is irrelevant in the boxing world, but it should be good entertainment for all. You watching tonight, jr?

Anybody have any idea how many people will be in attendance for Mosley-Mayorga??? I also read on Dan Rafaels chat, that ticket sales for Calzaghe-Jones have been horrible. which is great news IMO.
