JMM is one my favorite fighters, but I put $100 on Casamayor

Not to bump a done thread, but I was curious....how many of you guys had JMM winning by late stoppage? Anybody? Alot of guys here on the forum were picking Casamayor by stoppage, anyone seriously pick JMM to win the way he did?

Fuck man I should bet JMM via KO, TKO, DQ that shit was +200, but to be honest I just never though he'd do it. FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nobody else thought he would either...well, I take that back, like I said earlier on this thread, I had a gut feeling, and I'm sure some others did too, but the vast majority never expected it.

I don't think its ever a good idea to bet on a fight involving Casamayor, he is way too unpredictable. Against Kid Diamond he looked like shit, against Corrales he looked in good form, he looked awful against Santa Cruz, and he looked strong against Katsidis. You just don't know which Casa is going to show up, I woudn't bet of a fight involving Casamayor, but if i were i sure as fuck wouldn't bet against him. The judges just love Casamayor!

I thought surely it would be a closer line The bookies will tilt the odds if they're getting heavy betting on one fighter, and there are probably 50 million Mexicans putting a few bucks on Marquez, so that's why the odds are great for a Casamayor bettor. As far as making a solid pick....I have a gut feeling that Marquez might get Casamayor in trouble on the ropes late and get a stoppage, but that's just a gut feeling, not a reasoned analysis. And while I may be right far more than I'm wrong, I'd feel like a real asshole if someone here read that and figured "Hey, I remember that guy, he's right most of the time, hell, I'll just slap a grand on Marquez by late stoppage...sheeeet, dat's muny in da bank", and then Marquez gets KO'd in 3, or wins by UD, and I didn't have a penny on it either way. If I were putting money down, though, I wouldn't mind a bit telling who I had.
