is Lennox Lewis British because for the money he could make by showing his allegiance to Britain or because he actually feels British and wanted to represent the place where he feels he comes from
what is your opinion dont get you knickers in a twist im just throwing it out there im interested to see what people actually think about this
I think most people have seen Lewis interviewed before...
Does he sound Canadian to you???
Does he act like a Canadian???
Lewis is a Brit that lived in Canada for a while.
despite being British he doesn't fit the mould of a British fighter. One who is afraid of taking risks and fighting the best out there. Not being anti-british but he did things differantly than Calzaghe, Hatton...
Riiigjht, because out of 90 opponents Calzaghe and Hatton have faced between them all of them were safe fights they should win and were strong favourites.
And...their the only two other significant British boxers aside from Lennox Lewis.
Right, right.
Keep up the accurate, I mean ludicrously ignorant posts!!
you did not answer the question im asking what you think about Lewis's decision what was it motivated by
I think he is proud to be British personally. People will always speculate because he was such an awesome fighter and we don't get many amazing fighters like that from Britain. He ducked nobody and fought everybody he could. I just wish the yanks would finally give us credit for having a truly great fighter who's career cannot be questioned in a negative way.
No bother, I don't mind at all mate. I respect your opinion so you can say what you like to me!
nah it was not cool to be a cunt to ya you are a good poster
i need to stay away from Calz discussions i just cant keep it civil :lol1:

Yeah I agree. Lewis never fought a lesser boxer in his entire career, and Hatton and Calzaghe never fought a single one that anybody thought would be difficult.

Greatest empire ever, best inventors ever, best innovators ever, best scientists ever....destroyed the spanish armada, destroyed the German army whilst the rest of Europe pissed themselves (yanks were 4 years too late), er..what else...oh yeah stopped that French cunt Napoleon.......and and we invented the Internet.
Generally for such a piss poor country the Brits haven't done to bad for themselves. You forgot DNA buddy ! We invented DNA profiling so the USA can catch all those rapists and murderers they have :usa2:

He was born in Britain and lived there for the first 12 years of his life, is that not enough?
