Yeah you know, it's weird. I have a colombian friend and we used to play around punching each other and whatnot. You know, like a friendly thing. And him, not even trying, he would hit pretty fucking hard. I always played it off but was like, damn, this guy can punch and he don't even know it. They got strong bones or something. I heard Colombian Fighters feed mainly on Stones and Oxes. Instead of punching bags they just punch walls and they aren't allowed to turn pro until they punch through one and make it collapes. No sparring, no conditioning, this is all they do. Columbian trainer: Hit the wall son, Fighter: For How Long? Trainer: Everyday for 8 hours until you knock that motherfucker down.
