Avoid the typical mistake of the 1st amateur fight: Everyone comes out swinging the first minute, be carefull, pick your shots and take advantage of that. If you've been training for 7 weeks you should feel secure, for my first fight I trained for 5 weeks and I won because I was relaxed and steady. The best advice that I could give you is this: relax, that will give you an extra because trust me he'll be nervous too.

Your probably gonna be nervous.....even when that first bell rings. But remember he's just as nervous as you.
Dont sweat it tho.....just keep your composure and after about the first minute you'll start settling down and getting in the groove
