How would the Super Middleweight division have looked now?
Would it have been Kessler-Lacy that was the super fight? somebody else vs. Lacy?
I think Americans would of just forgotten about Calzaghe at not even know who he was if Lacy had won that fight. Hell, Kessler's path might've been different, he could have lost down the road to someone not named Calzaghe (All though I doubt it).
I can see it would be hard. You should start a support group with some of the Americans here and shatter their illusions about biased euros. They would share your pain!
No, I'm a European myself, I can't go against my own people.
I loved when Hamed got beat up by Barrera. Barrera is one of my all time favorites, I loved it when he took him to school.
The reason I don't like Joe is Lacy is one of my favorites (even if he is shot to death) and he beat him, Kessler is my favorite, he beat him, Hopkins is one of my all time favorites, he beat him. Fuck, Joe, lose! And Jones is like my favorite of all time too, so if he beats him... Man.

It is shit when a fighter you like loses, especially one on his way up like Kessler. It was horrible when Hamed got beaten by Barrera, although for some reason when Lewis lost to Rahman I thought it was funny.

I felt like trying to reach through the screen and choke him to death. But, he does deserve props for beating a prime Kessler.

How did you feel after that fight?
Only asking because you don't seem to like Joe much :p

Thank God it was Calzaghe-Kessler in the end. What a fight!
Brilliant in fact. It makes me laugh when people say Kessler is robotic and that Calzaghe can't punch.
Calzaghe would occupy a similar place in American affections as Lacy does in mine. That being the funniest thing ever.
Assuming we are talking about if Lacy had actually been good, then i guess he and Kessler would probably have fought. Seems like all those three guys had their mind on unification.
