I think it is time for someone to hang up the gloves. Just over a year ago he was in the ring with Glenn Johnson, and now this happens? He didn't win a round on any card.

He also shut Mendoza out... the guy who gave Lacy hell on ESPN.
This kid is the real deal... this isn't a knock on Reggie Johnson.
He has a ton of amateur experience.
Next up, he's fighting Berrio... he's just moving very, very quickly.
Monetll Griffin has been on the down hill slide since his loss to Tarver. Its like he just isn't motivated anymore and has already achieved everything that he wanted. After his loss to Tarver, he also loss to Julio Gonzalez and Rico Hoye, who are decent fighters but no where near top echlon light heavyweights. His best days have been past him. He was at his prime at super middlweight.
Muhammad Ali, lost the Heavyweight Championship to a guy with only 7 pro fights............ Does anyone know who it is. You can give me 10K for the correct answer.
Leon Spinks

shumenov was in 2004 olympics as LHW,
Defeated Aleksy Kuziemski (Poland) 34-22
Lost to Ihsan Yildirim Tarhan (Turkey) 19-27
Somebody with six fights fighting twelve rounders?
Griffin is the first guy to last more than four rounds with him. It wouldn't suprise me if he had experience that didn't make boxrec.
