The fact is that he'll be back just like Margarito came back from a beat down in Puerto Rico by Santos. It would bother any of us, but not to the point where he wouldn't wanna face him again. There will be a rematch and a better fight will unfold nextime...remember, he stopped because he couldn't breath more than any other reason and most of what looked so bad was just wiped away with a towel. He had a broken nose late in the first round, but still gave a great performance until the 11th. Cotto knows what happened and that's why he can be out there having a good time without stressing it. He got caught with a good one, it's boxing and it happens, it just happened to early in the match for Cotto to over come. We'll see the difference nextime, both Margo's eyes were almost closed after the fight and his face was completely swollen. He looked worste than after the PW fight... I think the fact he ran the length of the ring before diving onto his knee, will have longer term damage that the loss itself.

From what I've observed about Cotto, I think he has a very good mindset for boxing. His outlook during the whole Mayweather-Cotto talk was to not give it any thought if it's not in front of him. I like that and I think he has the right mindset to make a comeback. Even with him taking the knees, he accepted what was happening in the fight and to him it was just what was happened. I wouldn't be surprised if he came back in a significant way. Many fighters, like Kostya Tszyu and Jermain Taylor, have come back from being KTFO. I think Cotto can do the same.

I dont think many people are saying Cotto is done, Of course he would comeback from this but it might be difficult for him to be 100% like he was before.
