Cotto would win a Margarito Rematch

I think Cotto did just about the best he could against Margarito. Tony's just too strong for him.

Cotto SHOULD have won this fight, but he's not the great fighter his fans made him out to be. Not sure how you lose to a slow plodder who only fights one way

If you watch HBO's Cotto Greatest Hits, this wasn't the first time that Cotto was in serious trouble in a fight. Corley, Judah, and Ramirez all have stunned Cotto at 140lbs. No one ever questioned Antonio's chin before the fight. Cotto has been fighting smaller 147lb fighters that started their career at about 135 lbs. Margarito "The punching machine" was the first full-sized 140lb fighter he's fought. He was exposed, just a little too small to fight these bigger guys. Cotto should fight Cintron, who would help to prepare him for a Margarito re-match in 2 years.

I believe Cotto would win a rematch with Margarito, round 1-6, he was clearly outboxing Margarito with his countering, it was only when he became tired he was unable to counter effectively or even answer back appropriately to Margaritos' onslaught. Cotto will know that he cannot hurt Margarito next time and will focus on outboxing him rather than trying to hurt him. Cotto needs to work on his stamina, to match margarito and adjust his gameplan where he plans to purely outbox Margarito and his rope defence which is better than average! Margarito has never adapted, Cotto does. thoughts? If they make it a 6 round no title special attraction fight and agree that Margarito can't hit Cotto's body it'll happen.
