prime Tommy Morrison v Wlad who wins

i dont think he would win TBH but by the same token i would not be shocked if he did manage to pull it off He would definitely have a puncher's chance.

That's thy only time when Morrison can catch Wlad IMO, when Wlad is moving backwards to circle back to center right, he leans back which leaves him a bit open for that left hook but Morrison would need to react quickly because he's much smaller than Wlad which means he has to pursue Wlad and punch upwards which means he would lose some snap and speed on his punches. I don't think he can do it. i dont think he would win TBH but by the same token i would not be shocked if he did manage to pull it off

Morrison wasn't the type of fighter who put consistent relentless pressure on an oponent though, he isn't like a Brewster but yes Wlad doesn't deal well with consistent relentless pressure. And Brewster took a lot of punches from Wlad in their first fight before Wlad wilted, I'm not sure if Morrison would be able to take those kind of shots.

What im getting at is if morrison pressured Wlad and with his strong punches i think Wlad would buckle under pressure and get knocked out as seen in some of his previous fights. Wlad has the tools to be a very good fighter but his scared to get hit has no heart and cant handle pressure fighters. He only wins when he gets comfortable and is controlling the bout. But the pressure gets to him. Theres nothing special about Vlad because he doesnt know how to take advantage of his physical advantage like lewis did. I respect lewis Wlad i lost respect after i realised how shit he really is.

The point is, Morrison couldn't find a way past Lewis' jab so if Wlad comes out like he always does nowadays and starts pumping his jab and keep his right hand up by his head, he'd be able to dictate the pace and distance. Lewis and Wlad have similar stiff, strong, fast jabs. There is a big difference between Lewis and Wlad, Lewis is a more complete fighter who had a good chin and didnt back up like Wlad would. He was pretty much a come forward guy, but occasionally used boxing ability like when he won his title via 12 round decision over George Foreman.

Well the last fight showed any ounce of pressure Wlad couldnt cope with it Wlad is only champ because its a very bad era in heavyweight boxing not one legit contender or champion. Theres no comparison to post Lewis quality of boxers is dropped like the american dollar
