LOL @ this thread... Cotto would annihilate Pac. I'm a Pac fan, but that's just pushing it. I still think the DLH vs Pac fight is pointless and indeed a circus act. Just watching them fight would make me laugh. I honestly think the fight is just bullshit and things will change after July 26th. I still think Oscar is pricing himself up for a mega fight with Cotto.

C'mon now, lets get serious. I give Pacman a chance against DLH because Oscar's in the twilight of his career and is 5 years older than Pac. But Cotto is a totally different story. Size & youth makes all the difference here.

I consider Cotto a big welterweight, despite the fact that he isn't tall at all. Pac is strong and very athletic, but he isn't big nor tall. Just look at his pictures at the Díaz weight in. IMO Pac would use the DLH fight as a blueprint for the Cotto fight but as i cant see him beating Oscar because he is just too big, the same applies to Cotto IMO. I CAN see the DLH fight happening but if(when) Pac gets beat he will go back down in weight to clear up at 135 and maybe 140, anything else i feel is a step too far. I think JWW may be a step too far. I could Hatton see bullying him and winning a messy fight due to his natural extra strength... So i don't think he has a chance against Cotto, or De La Hoya TBH.

WTF? will people stop smoking pot and get back to reality and stop these silly matchups. It's ludicrious to even consider the outcome of this fight. Cotto would destroy Pac, for all you Pac Bumstuffers, it took him a while to put David Diaz down..a grade B- fighter, the same David Diaz barely beat a totally-washed up shell of Erik Morales. Pac hit Diaz with everything full force and it took 9 rounds of abuse to get him on the floor from what was an accumulation not power. Pacquaio hit David Diaz on the jaw at least once every 10 to 20 seconds throughout the fight. It took Erik Morales less than 3 minutes to put Diaz down. Pac vs Cotto is a ludicrous.
