I'm with you Mel. The racism is ridiculous. I think one thing we can do is use the report post feature. I read a thread in the lounge earlier, made by this 'coalition' idiot and reported it for racism and race baiting. The mods closed it promptly so they obviously care.

As great as the features are on this site (best for any boxing site), the actual content is lacking. It's a jr. high compared to other sites where there is mutual respect among posters whether in disagreement or not. Where are these other sites, because the posters on this one are pathetic fanboys.

Right before and right after the Marg/Cotto fight expect plenty of objective intelligent posting.

I've noticed that the shit gets very thick when a big fight is going to happen between two nations that consider themselves rivals. Or in the case of Hatton Vs Mayweather, Zags Vs B-Hop, RACE. It's gotten to the point on here that if the person doesn't have something decent to back the accusation up, I end up frowning upon them more for saying and accusing of such a thing. I see little genuine racism compared to what's made out, it's sad ppl have to say such things to try to dis credit people. The alt situation is also out of hand as has been said before, they need to start limiting one account to one ip number. The amount of on topic, mature, calm, decent threads and posts on here has plummeted in the past month or two, great shame. I am sick of being called racist. This forum is full of idiots. Most of them have a hard time looking at boxing objectively, they have no business trying to tackle social problems like racism. yup, no need to resort to that shit of calling people racist cause they don't like a certain fighter, or agree with you. certain dudes have made off color statements, and they need to be dealt with, no question about that. but the term is used way to often, freely, and usually without justification lately.
