it's not impossible for a short heavyweight, 5'9 give or take an inch to beat a 6'5+ fighter, if you got a good punching power it's very possible. but toney is not a puncher. wlad would beat him, but toney's rolling shoulders would give wlad difficulties landing his punches. tony looses a decision. i dont think wlad can ko him because toney's chin is that good even at heavyweight
