Aint it funny how some Pac fans CANNOT bring themselves to give Marquez ANY credit?

i love marquez. marquez is a true warrior. marquez's skills are as big as his heart. i love almost every fight i've seen marquez in. he's #5 on my p4p list. his wars with israel vasquez were beautiful. :-)

what you suggest is common in youtube comments by fucking idiots and conveyed in the comments of the overly-nationalistic variety of pinnoys who say racist things against mexicans, but I think that intelligent, objective fans of Pac acknowledge JMM's genius boxing brain. He is a brilliant counterpuncher and has gotten super aggressive as of late which is awesome. I had him winning the second fight (barely), and I am a huuuuge Pac fan. The one thing I disliked about Marquez was how he cried about being robbed after the second fight. In a fight that close, no one was robbed- it can be seen either way. Raf did the same thing against Izzie, going as far to say they would sue the commission I believe. That kind of poor sportsmanship is annoying, but there is no denying he is a brilliant boxer. He'll be facing another brilliant boxer in Casamayor and will have his hands full. I hope he didn't bite off more than he can chew, because if he loses, he might blow his Pacquiao rematch, or at least postpone it for another 4 years.... Who exactly are these dudes? With Marquez's boring counter-punching style which is heavily dependent on his opponents level of aggression, he couldn't fill a high school auditorium.. Why is it guys like you are still stuck on this PAC must beat JMM convincingly bullshit??? Its not enough that PAC "officially" beat JMM but somehow for PAC to be awarded a "win" he has to totally obliterate his opponents??? I must have seen PAC/JMM II 10 times and it was close each and every time, but I had PAC winning by at least 1 point... He got the nod from the Judges so for PAC the business ends there.... JMM had two chances already which is more than many fighters would offer another fighter at redemption.... Did Leonard offer Hagler a rematch? Did Calzhaggi offer a rematch to Hopkins? Was there a rematch for Delahoya/Trinidad? These fights along with countless others could have easily, as public opinions are concerned, concluded with reverse decisions but nontheless, did not warrant rematches... Since when does a fighter have to win convincingly to be awarded a win? Or is PAC the only one thats supposed to be guaged through this unfair standard.. A win by one measly point looks the same in the history book as 12 rounds of complete domination... perfect example of what im speaking of and complete and utter bias.
