Cotto, isnt a brawler, He is whatever he wants to be, I think he is a better pure boxer than joe, As joe makes a lot of mistakes, I think calzaghe is verry beatable

Mayweather fans accuse the Latinos of always making threads bashing Floyd. But even when a thread isn't about Floyd if Cotto is given any sort of praise they must automatically start drawing comparisons. Morons I tell you.

cotto has beaten more big names than joe and he is a much more well rounded and skilled fighter.... I disagree Joe is a better all round boxer than Cotto, And i dont think Cotto has beaten alot of big names than Joe C. I think they're about on the same level when it comes to beating the big names.

But its not all about numbers, sometimes its just about skill, Watch a cotto fight and tell me ur not mezmerized Mesmerized? Cotto is basically a brawler. He is good at adjusting and has plenty of tactical acumen, but he is not a mesmerizing boxer. I would say that Calzaghe is more skilled than Cotto at this point.

He is one of the most well rounded boxers ive ever witnessed in my young life and short time watching boxing, But miguel cotto is truely a phenom, I personally think He most enjoys body punching and thus when he was up against fighters he could play around with he would choose that style, Now that he is up at a higher level he can no longer just choose how he wants to fight, He now is forced to fight in a certain way, Against a slugger he will box and against a boxer he will box. Its all apart of his amazing repitoire of abilities, boxing, slugging, speed, or whatever style he so chooses, (or rather is chosen for him by his trainers) is what he will do and what he will win with. Cotto is very respected among trainers in PR that have seen him grow up due to his talent to adapt to what is needed, something that not to many fighters have had and those who do are among the elite.

funny how cotto has yet to defeat a fighter ranked on the p4p scale but when Floyd was number 1, he was not a legitimate number 1 because he had not done so... double standards. This isn't a Mayweather threat, give it a rest

I think miguel cotto is an amazing fighter, Mark my words i beleave he will go on to be one of the defiing fighters of my generation
