Sturm is a solid boxer, but I just can't see him getting over on Pavlik or Abraham. His best move is probably staying in Germany as long as they can sell his fights. I'm sure when the money is right he'll return to the US to drop his title again.

A quick hook at the right place could possibly hurt Abraham, but chances are not. What if AA lands clean on Sturm? Goodnight I say. style wise Sturm could beat Abraham into a boxing school UD. cover and flurries dont win you fight all the time espically if someone moves sideways true but i dont think AA and his trainers are stupid enough to do that, AA would have to come forward and bully sturm into the ropes, sturm doesnt have power to back AA off if AA sat there and just tried to flurry with that shell defence, sturm would jab him to death

cant beilve i somehow missed this quility thread, call sturm what u want but he'll beat arthur, arthur will be forced to fight as an agressor and not this defence minded guy cause sturm woulda box his ears off if he did as to the first griffen fight, u guys would be shocked sturm only got a draw, he won that fight 8-4 imo and i couldnt beilve in germany they had it a draw but you know in boxing it doesnt matter where u are, if you go forward and throw u gets rounds even if they dont belong to you I'll be first to admit Sturm hasnt been doing much but he will, AA did offer sturm this deal but come on guys when has a deal in boxing ever been rock solid, alot of things can be said but unless your promoting the fight u have no clue whats what, not to mention AA already had planned to fight in the USA after he offered that deal to sturm, if sturm wins his fight in a week or 2, sturm vs AA is easliy still there and u clowns automatically get punked when he takes the fight cause u said he was scared

You might very well be right but at least Abraham was trying to unify. I think it would have been a good idea. It appears that Strum is too concerned with clutching his WBA trinket for as long as possible. Problem for Sturm is that he has lost a couple of silly fights (Castillejo and Griffin (draw I know but that was a german Ottke-like decision)). He was hot as h*ll coming off the DLH fight but failed to capatilize and his following is moderate at best.

They usually don´t have a clue about boxing, if Sturm fought Abraham, even those idiots would have to accept that he sux and he would lose his fans, because it wouldn´t look like the ODLH-fight. Felix Sturm got far slower and his defense is bad as well. I blame his trainer for that development.
