I don't know about Tye Fields, but I think Haye's worth a mention in these threads, Haye himself has said he's prepared to fight 2 heavyweight fighters before Klitschko. Peters improved a lot too, he destroyed Maskaev. Peter would prove a real handful for Klitschko, and I don't think anyone can argue that..

He's demonstrated little in the way of boxing skills, and is 33. He's no way proved himself as a boxer worthy of top 10, let alone top 5, let alone 2nd likely to beat the #1. First of all, he's first in terms of who people think can beat him. Second of all, if they fight.... Wladimir Klitschko.. no longer, will be alive.... anymore.

By that same logic, once a GREAT fighters debuts you could say he should have no backing for being a TRUE world champion by fans or critics, since he hasn't proven that he deserves it. However, as you know, that's not how it works. Eventually, someone comes along who WILL beat the odds and be a champion. A big number of people, perhaps, happen to think that man is Tye Fields. I like Thompson's chances better than anyone on that list. His style could prove difficult. I don't even consider Vitali for obvious reasons.

I'd personally like to see a Peter VS Klistchko rematch with the belts on the line. It wouldn't be the same fight as before. It suprises me how many people are convinced of Wlad.. Sam Peter and Haye would give him BIG problems.. ...If big V is healthy enough to fight Peter then that will be the end of Sam "I am not the man" Peter. Haye has to actually fight a heavyweight of consequence before his name should even be mentioned in these threads.

Unified isn't undisputed, which is all that matters. I never said he was undisputed....He is the unified heavyweight champ....He may not officially be undisputed yet, but everyone knows Wladimir Klitschko is the #1 heavyweight in the world, hands down.

Peter would give Klitschko problems, he had Klistchko down three times when he was sluggish, but he's improved now especially after beating Maskaev to become World champion. I think Haye could also beat Klitschko, he's very hungry and disciplined, and because of his speed he will force Klitschko to actually box, unlike what Ibragimov did..

Wladimir is not the unified champion. Plenty of titles still floating around that he doesn't have. It's still disputed. Furthermore, cruiserweight isn't the weakest division now and it's not historically known as the weakest division either. When you go this far out of your way to discredit someone who even SEEMS to threaten your precious Wladimir Klitschko, it takes away from any argument you may or may not have.
