I believe Ricky Hatton and De La Hoya are the two most popular boxers around at the moment. Hatton has excellent support. He sold 50,000 tickets in about four hours for the Lazcano fight. He took 30,000 Brits with him to America when he fought Mayweather. Not only that, they love him to bits and don't stop singing until they are on the plane on the way home. They love him because at the end of the day he is a really down to Earth guy who you could bump into on the street and have a chat with. You've got to admire that. He hasn't let the fame and fortune go to his head and his fans love him for it. i agree for the most part.

Hatton clearly has the best fans, no other boxers fans can create an atmosphere like Hattons.
