Don't Wants:
De La Hoya vs Pacquiao or Hatton - Both these guys are just too small and would not be a fare fight.
Calzaghe vs Pavlik - For some reason I don't want to see any of these guys lose. I don't want Calzaghe to ruin his undefeated career and feel that he should solidify it with two big wins and retire. On the other hand I don't want Pavlik to mess up his as well.. he is young and has a lot of possibilities in the future, why risk it against Calzaghe?
Do Wants:
Only fight that makes sense for the Golden Boy, is the winner of Cotto / Margarito. Problem is, DLH DOES NOT have that hunger anymore and treats his fights as a business.
I have a lot more to list.. but I got to run home from work.. and these are at the top of my list at the moment... :hurray:
the only reason you want to see mora is because vanes would win easily.
better hope his promoters get on it quick......sergio ain't gonna hold his belt long even as crappy as 154 is.
you make a greattt point...
after Hernandez on the 26th of this month, Vanes should be steppin up for a big one in August according to Top Rank
Don't want:
Calzaghe vs. Pavlik
Hatton vs. DLH
Pacquiao vs. De La Hoya
Cunningham vs. Maccarinelli
W. Klitschko vs. Povetkin
Want:
Pavlik vs. Wright
Pavlik vs. Mayorga
Pavlik vs. Abraham
Pavlik vs. winner of Sturm vs. Griffin
Calzaghe vs. Jones
Calzaghe vs. Dawson
Calzaghe vs. Tarver
De La Hoya vs. winner of Cotto vs. Margarito
De La Hoya vs. Williams
Hatton vs. Pacquiao
Mayweather vs. winner of Cotto vs. Margarito
Williams vs. Mosley
Taylor vs. Kessler
Miranda vs. Kessler
Alexeev vs. Cunningham
W. Klitschko vs. Peter II
W. Klitschko vs. Valuev
W. Klitschko vs. Ruiz
W. Klitschko vs. JC Gomez
W. Klitschko vs. Haye
All great picks!!!
i agree with your "do not want" but do not agree with your "do want"
i think oscar has the hunger for one last great win/fight before he retires. boxing IS a business. to claim otherwise is nonsense. the only guys that fight solely for "hunger" and "love" of boxing are amateurs or guys that fight for little or no money. everyone in professional boxing wants to hit it big for the money and of course the popularity.
Boxing is a business career.. no one is talking about taking a beating just for the love of it :rotfl:
I'm talking about DLH already being established as a businessman and win or lose, he is still that same DLH.. At 35 he is already a made man (not in an Italian way, but financially) He doesn't have that hunger like he did when he fought Trinidad, or even Vargas.
Of course he would rather win.. but as Creed put it.. he doesn't have that eye of a tiger...
WANT:
Abraham vs. Pavlik
Mora vs. Martirosyan

thats pathetic!
you cant say you dont want a fight to happen because you dont want them to mess up record!
thats a joke!
that is what boxing is all about, pathetic reason , not to let fight happen
Go join the floyd mayweather army
ha ha ha
fight's never gonna happen anyway. pavlik is too much risk not enough reward. it's better for joe's legacy to beat tarver and jones......and more money.
besides i want kelly to stay at middle. 168 is where guys that can't win at middleweight and too small for light heavyweight go.
and 175 is not much better......
