Will Ring Magazine award the WW Ring belt to the cotto-margarito winner?

I bet if Margarito were fighting for Golden Boy he'd be in the top 3 in the next issue. Honestly, what has Golden Boy done that's seemed even CLOSE to shady since obtaining the magazine? You can't say De La Hoya on the cover, because they put him on atleast once a year. He's a huge star. He sells magazines.

With a guy who RECENTLY beat him, in Williams, ahead, WHO LOST to the guy who is AT number one. This will determine the top dog, but not the champion.
