Brian Strege news

You might have noticed that things have gone quiet on the old Strege express, well I'm sorry to have to inform you that Mr.Strege has quit boxing. Team Strege and Brian himself have been in talks with promoters about getting him a fight but a lack of interest crushed his spirit.He's now decided to hang the gloves up and take on a new career as a singer.He's been offered a job on a cruise ship that goes around Scandanavia and he's delighted at the chance to showcase his voice on a grand stage. Thanks to all those that have supported Brian over the past few months. I have not hung up my gloves and quit boxing. I have not taken up singing either. I've signed with Assassin Promotions and Kenny is looking for fights for me. When I decide to hang up my gloves, I will let everyone know. I know alot of people want to see me fight Burks and Hartley. good luck, arent u like 35? so your out fo your prime right?

That is stupid. He should make the fight happen.. It's what the people want. Like you said, there is no bigger fight than what the people want. We want Strege-Burks. Stacy better make it happen.. I think Stacy's shows are all his fighters. You would think it would be good to bring someone in from the outside to fight.
