Hey.. First off i'd like to see hey to everyone on the forum (Im new) I was just wondering is there any specific good workout for speed on the heavy bag or to improve my double jab? Im 15 and been boxing for about 2-3 months and only just started sparring.. Thanks for the replies. And also I tend to go around the ring hands held high at the side of my head tight..
