This forum has some of the worst spelling and grammatical mistakes I have ever seen. I wonder if people either don't care and type fast or boxing fans as a whole are brainless and uneducated...
Especially the brits on here...
LOL

The only thing I get caught up on is, the U's some of my U.K.'s buddies use. Color, Favorite..
When to use, and not to, savvy? Fat yank here....:lol1:
lol sweetpea, tell your country to spell the words correctly then.
I guess all the "real" tough guys are non spelling moron idiots...
Dammit!!
Listen mate, my point is, who gives a fuck.
We're on a boxing forum where terminology like pwn, rofl, lol, lmao and so on are frequently used.
Sure there are tons of idiots but as you previously stated, most decent fighters come from tough backgrounds and have limited education.
Well done you have a higher IQ than some people on an internet forum.
Your mother must be so proud.

No it doesn't, nothing could make a spelling thread on a boxing forum valid son.

Ahhh...
Thank you for perpetuating the stereotype. It makes my post that much more valid.

What I find more annoying is when a thread is started by someone who makes basic mistakes themselves, and then criticises others.
Danny, for future reference, putting '...' is not necessary to tell us there is a pauses in speech. All that is needed is a comma or full stop.
thanks friend...
You live in florida wanna spar???
I like turtles...
OK fine I am the spelling police and you are the boxing forum etiquette police...Talk to me when you have been on here for more than 3 weeks son...

I'm not a good speller or good with grammar so sorry, the teachers at my school failed me. I also type pretty fast and I'm using opera the browser which doesn't correct spelling like mozilla firefox. If I remembered the password to my account then I would be browsing this forum on firefox...
Where you raised to use bold and italic Arial font in everyone of your posts as well?
Nope. I just like to distinguish myself from everyone else. Fair question though. :lol1:
precisely...
It truly saddens me to see the blatant ignorance on here and wonder what the future holds for people who can't spell fool properly...
If my name (yes, even my screen name) is on something, I want to make sure the spelling and grammar are decent and that the post makes some kind of sense. It's called self respect and that's the way I was raised.
I agree with the horrible spelling and sentences on this site by a lot of people. People like sterling or mr tricky need to get their asses back in elementary school. They're making fools of themselves every time they make a post imo. (Mr tricky still seems alright because atleast he has meaningful to say now and then. Unlike sterling who wondered why boxer's have fucked up noses.)
I also still see alot of people (and then I'm talking about British/American 20+ year olds who manage to make mistakes with:
your/you're
he's/his
were/we're/where
their/they're/there
then/than
Also: what's up with some of the people on here who begin every word with a capital letter?
