Who is the better boxer, Floyd Mayweather or Joe Calzaghe?

Even against fighters faster they him(Judah) he was still on point with the D, put a good hard fast jab in joe's face and he won't do anything, he comes straight in ready to punch and thats why he gets countered.

IMO he's overrated, the best at 168 yes, when he fights pavlik or jones we'll see how good he is.

Joe is a good boxer but lets stop dissing Mr. P4P Mayweather. As a Boxer Mayweather is far more superior than Joe. The only thing Joe has more than Mayweather is a fan base and by the end of 2009 he will lose that also. Mayweather has maybe 1 guy that will give him a damn good fight thats Cotto. Joe could get beaten by Winky (pay me) Wright, Kelly Pavlik and maybe even Arthur Abraham or Edison Miranda. Mayweather has the superior bocxing skills, yes. But would I pay to watch one of his fights? Not in a million years.

I am a fan of both. With that being said, I believe Mayweather is the better boxer. Technique has a lot to do with a Boxer's style. Mayweather has superior technique to Calzaghe. Also, Mayweather's ring intellegence has shown that he has the ability to manipulate his opponent's position in the ring to be able to take advantage of their mistakes. Mayweather has proven this time and time again. Calzaghe had a chance to prove he was great in this area against Hopkins, but it did not.
