Gamboa's low hands clearly led to the knockdown in this case. I guess he can take the shots with headgear and 12 oz gloves, not in the pros though. If he doesn't make some adjustments he's going to get KO'd when he steps up. Other than that he looks pretty dominant.
He had his hands up in the first round a lot more, but as soon as he decides his opponent is not worth it he takes em down. Lets just wait what his new trainer will do with him.
Gamboa has shit defense, he keeps his hands to low and fights like an idiot, he is gonna get exposed and KO'd when he steps up and faces someone who can punch.
People are dazzled at the spectacle of Gamboa throwing punches with his hands down. All of this showmanship is having a blinding effect on his glaring deficiencies. It's like a tight hook on a wack Lil Jon song.
