At least Lennox Lewis, a true heavyweight champion, made something of his life and is not laying around ****ing himself up. Lennox is not suffering from bipolar depression like Tyson is either and did not have as bad of a childhood as Tyson did.

george foreman aint exactly an adonis anymore either , hell he was fat when he recaptured the title.

actually i saw a pic of tyson a while ago and he looked a little bit bigger than he does there its nice to see him with his family, have a good retirement mike!!

beautiful family. im happy for mike he looks happy with them. mike dont owe boxing nothing he came, he saw, he conquered. theyll never be another iron mike. in his prime he was damn near invincible.

Well Mike has some type of genetic condition with his body, I remember that his sister died some years back because she blew up as well. I read about it maybe 10 years ago, but can't remember the details, but its not because he is necessarily lazy, but because of his genetics that he has blown up like that. FAT persons perfect excuse, I don't gorge it's a genetic condition or my metabolism.

I personally dont blame mike tyson for gaining weight. He's been fighting for nearly his entire life. That meant hard days at the gym (with little time off overall); eating a VERY strict diet; etc. Now that he's retired why should he continue to look like he did in his prime? or while he was fighting period? can you give one good reason? i mean sure health is important but let the man enjoy his free time. Im sure at some point he'll get back into at least a decent healthy size but right now let him be.

Like most Heavyweights when they retire a lot of the muscle turns to fat, unfortunately you cannot look the same way all your life unless you have crazy genes or you have some sort of ridiculous will power and lifestyle. We all get older and the majority of us gain weight.

He's retired, not in between fights. Big deal. First and foremost. Second of all, suits make you look bigger, regardless. And when you have so much muscle, and you put on weight, the muscle can stay and you look TWICE as big. It's not really THAT big of a deal. Though, he is big as hell. Regardless.
