If this happens, it would most likely be Margo catching Cotto on the inside. Look at Tony's recent fights, his strongest punch seems to be his right uppercut. Will this be catalyst to Cotto's downfall?
Cotto will probably duck Tony's overhand right then get whacked by the left uppercut sending him to the canvas. A couple of follow up barrages should seal the deal.
he DEFINITELY has to watch out for that right uppercut/right hand, if he can move out to his opponent's left side he can try to neutralize it but DEFINITELY

I say cotto starts feeling the pain of the body shots and as a result margarito throws a left to the guy and cotto tries to get his elbows down and the comes an overhead right from margarito that makes cotto do a full on techno chicken dance and then margarito goes for the kill with an aray of looping wide punches that finish cotto off.

Yes, a Margo uppercut will do it, or a swooping right hand that catches Cotto in the temple(like the Corley punch). Still, I think Cotto will avoid/withstand those punches.
cotto being the shorter fighter might be susceptible to an uppercut. all short offensive fighters who like to fight on the inside are. but in this fight if there's any punch that may hurt cotto, it most likely be a right hand. also remember how many times judah was able to land his uppercut on cotto without answer. but zab is a southpaw and he got away with it because of speed.
but then again i cant see tony hurting cotto with any single punch it would have to be doubles and triples
If he does hurt cotto it will likely be a punch thrown from the cheap seats. I guess good for Cotto since he will have 5 seconds to prepare to dodge Tony's punches.
