I REALLY met Miguel Cotto today...

...what a total asshole. I spotted him with his wife in the parking lot of a shopping center here, and I yelled "Champ! Mind if I take a picture witchu?" His wife smiled at me and said "Sure, sure!", but Cotto slowly turned his head and looked PISSED, like if he did NOT want to do it. At least he did pose for the picture, bigger assholes wouldn't have done that, but he didn't even look at me, talk, smile, shake my hand, or anything. As he walked away, I said "good look against Margarito", and not only did he not say thanks, he didn't even turn back to recognize I spoke. I had always defended him when people called him a dick, I said he just had a serious demeanor but he was a nice guy. I was completely WRONG. What a sharp contrast to Tito and Ivan Calderon, two of the nicest PEOPLE you could ever hope to meet. Cotto just lost a fan today. Yo Yuca, check this out man, i understand how you feel, manito, but yo, Cotto was probably up since 3 or 4 in the morning, was probably thinking of going home, chillin with his kids.....and you were probably number 845,000 that asked him for an autograph that day. Don't take it personal man, when a celebrity makes it big time....one thing they can't stand is the voltures!

I talked to Floyd at the Housont press conference and he was great. He stayed and signed autographs for everyone and took time to really talk to people. He was such a nice guy. Oscar was nice, but more in a business-have to do it-way.

Well, not every celebrity is the same. I myself would get pissed off if everytime I stepped out in public, I had to stop every five minutes to take a picture with every estupido that recognizes you. Cotto is not married, he is separated. Maybe it wasnt his wife, maybe it was some girl that liked the attention. I saw Cotto in a nightclub following his fight with Gomez in Atlantic City. He stopped to take pics with a few people, then went to chill out in V.I.P. He seemed pretty cool to me. Still no pic???
