In my opinion Cotto and Marg are the best Welter at this time Mayweather should be #3 ('cause of his skills). margarito is given credit for the fighter he is.but the only guy of note he's beaten is cintron.its fine the way it is.sooner or later it will sort itself out. I agree with you but what I mean is that this two are the top WW and they are going at it so this is the real fight in the WW division (not DLH-May II)
