Im really dissapointed with Shannon Taylor. Not only does it show me that Mundine is dumb, it also shows me that he doesn't want to be a star. he will probably wait for 2 years, beat Sturm. Than go up to LHW and fight erdei for the title. Its a fair joke. He should just retire. If i run into him i will tell him this. what makes u think he'll fight sturm? he'll wait untill one of the other champs beats him & unifies, then win the wba regula belt against some nobody thats the only way he'll ever win a belt

I know that. but you can't get away from the fact that Winky hasn't fought in over a year. Which is a disgrace and the ultimate disrespect to his fans. No where near as bad as what mundine is to his, fighting bums - winky only wants big fight not to fight bums like mundine thats why he would refuse the fight

I'd say Kelly Pavlik by stoppage. Pavlik is longer and more aggressive, I can see Mundine getting hit a lot stepping back after throwing. Pavlik has a lot more punching power than Mundine and that makes all of the difference.

Im an aussie and a Choc fan but his workrate is too low to beat Pavlik. Pavlik would frustrate him and shock him with combinations and Mundine would panic.

I watched the videos Ultimateboxa posted of Mundine a while ago, he is talented (but fights bums...) I believe that Kelly would win. I'm not sure how... The Ottke KO loss leads me to think Kelly KO But that was a long time ago so ill go with a UD to be safe. Pavlik UD

I actually did expect it. At ESB Mundine got around 37% saying he would win. They have a large contingent of aussies over there. Thus the results here and there isn't suprising. Our sport is littered with national bias! Makes sense. I've already admitted that I'm kinda new to boxing. So I just went with what I've noticed from watching the two fighters over the last like 5 years or so. You a Mundine fan then? Or just generally think he'd Win? I'll be honest... I didn't have time to read all the posts as I'm working so thought I'd ask.
