I would've never picked Brewster over Wlad. The way that fight went down, I'm still shaking my head when I watch it. Klitchko just lost his head, gassed, and blew it. There may have been underlying circumstances or not, I don't know, but it was still a loss due to immaturity.
Brewster was motivated and was going into his biggest fight and i knew he would give trouble and stop him late if he lasts the first 3-4 rounds
I picked Brewster over Wlad in the first fight, i though he would do well and win by late stoppage, I wanted Wlad to win but....

pavlik KO miranda
Pavlik KO Taylor
I've been wrong on DLH vs Mayweather, thought DLH would win a close UD...
I still think he did. I actually scored it a draw the first time I watched it, and had Oscar up by a round the second. I'll probably draw it if I could stand to watch it again, but can't.
i wonder if anyone said Pavlik to ko Miranda...
that was a shocker, WAR PANTERA
I figured it would be a decision for Pavlik. He stays busy and has guts, and a workable chin. I never expected the KO, either. Honestly (sorry about this Kelly, if you read this), I never thought the kid was that heavy handed at all. He looks, to me, slow and feather fisted, but I guess he has a good follow through, because the kid sure gets the job done. Glad I was wrong, he's great entertainment.
i picked tyson to bite holyfields ear off
I was way the fuck off on that one. I picked the nose. Funny, though, one of the guys I was watching the fight with picked both ears. He was closer, I guess.
That was my first bet on BS forums. :p
My first actual points bet, on this forum, was Calzaghe/Kessler. I picked the winner, but got stiffed by the loudmouthed dane that bet me. So, I won't bother betting again. Not that I give a crap about the points, but I don't see any reason to bet if I don't get paid.
Calzaghe to beat Lacy
Quintana to beat Williams
Yeah, I picked Calzaghe over Lacy too, but that can't really be called an upset. The only people actually picking Lacy to win were the idiots and Lacy fans. Most people thought Calzaghe would win a wide decision, though even I didn't think Joe would brutalize Jeff for all 12 rounds.
The big one, for me, was Trinidad/Wright. Everybody thought I was batshit crazy and that Winky was going to get knocked out. Made an assload of money on that one. Odds were beautiful. Nearly 3 to one against Wright when I made my bet.
Another was Tyson/Williams. That was obvious to me. Tyson had been done for years by then.
Don't recall others right now, but I'm usually on the money when I call one. I miss once in awhile, but not often on the tough calls, usually on the easy calls when there's a big upset....something I didn't think through well enough. Of course I don't count those times when I was right, and the judges were wrong. Lots of those.
I had seen Indio in training camo and he looked unbelievable. He knew this was his last chance at a successful boxing career and worked real hard. Now he will win by KO. Williams will fall right into his trap.
We'll see, If Williamson comes with that hair cut again i see Quintana stopping him :p
I was sure Williams would win a UD over Quintana
