Boxing fans have been for this rematch!! We all know Oscar is going to lose against Mayweather or Cotto but I fight with Trinidad would be more interesting because there is a legacy involved..
I think 160 or maybe 154 could be good catchweight.. i've never been a Tito fan and yes the first fight stunk. But I believe this rematch should be the last fight in both of these fighters careers.
Go look for one of the Trinidad comeback threads and you'll see why nobody wants to see him fight again.

They are 20 lbs apart in weight from their last fights. How are they going to agree on a catchweight? Besides, their first fight stunk so I don't need to see that again.
Why because it makes more money???? I think if Oscar is going to stay boxing, he should fight Trinidad and then retired. That's the only controversial lost of his career and he would probably win that fight.
The question is would you rather watch ODLH fight his last fight against someone he could beat (Trinidad) or watch him take a beating against a fighter that is now arguably one of the most talented fighter in the sport??
No because it has more meaning! Beating Mayweather is a more significant fight because like it or not Mayweather is the Welter and P4P King. Beating Mayweather at this point means a hell of a lot more meaningful than beating Trinidad.
I don't care if he wins or loses, I'd rather see him in a more meaningful fight.
I have no interest in Oscar or Tito. At all.

Regardless of what's going to happen, Mayweather/De La Hoya is more significant than a De La Hoya/Trinidad rematch 8 years after it should have happened.

meaning less is a mayweather rematch.. After watching Oscar's performance against Forbes we all know that P4P is going to dominate ODLH and possibly by KO him.

Why would a fight between two fighters who don't resemble anything that they once did be for legacy?
Oscar is still a decent fighter and so is Tito. But they aren't close in weight anymore and completely different fighters. Nothing "must see" about it.
