I am going to throw a name out there that although he has been victimized by judges in a few fights, would take a fight at a moments notice, to fight anywhere, against anyone ----
For my money, I would have to say the one fighter who had all the skills, a fighter who had major belt holders duck him, rather than take a chance against him, a fighter, who just never put it all together on the right night was ----
Emanual Burton or Emanual Augustus if you prefer....
Ideally, you should work your way to a title shot in order for champs to "duck" you.
Augustus never was in a position where he was a top contender.

The other guys I mentioned like Ayala, Williams, Ibeabuchi, never made it past the contender/prospect level before squandering their talent.
I've heard that Ricardo Williams is out of prison already and looking to make a comeback.
I can't rate underachievers like Mike Tyson, Michael Nunn, Hector Camacho, Riddick Bowe, etc....as the biggest because they still reached the top.
Tyson and Camacho are both probables (Tyson a lock) for the HOF, and Tyson is regarded by most to be a top 15, maybe top 10 HW all-time. Bowe still became the HW champ of the world.

Panchito Bojado, one of the best raw talents the game has seen in a long time.
Another guy you probably never heard of but is for real is Darling Jiminez. I can totally see him KO'ing Yuriorkis Gamboa and then staying away from boxing for a year or two.
My Picks. . . . .
Audley Harrison......Bum
Shannon Briggs...former HW Champ
Zab Judah. . . .former undisputed WW Champ
:ugh:
Correction:
Audley Harrison......Olympic Gold Medalist>Terrible Pro
Shannon Briggs... Showed promise but apart from one lucky win extremely disappointing
Zab Judah. . . .Apart from the Spinks fight has found a way to lose every possible competative match despite being naturally gifted
Biggest Dissapointment / Underachiever??
My Picks. . . . .
Audley Harrison
Shannon Briggs
Zab Judah. . . .
Your List kinda says it all... I would like to add Danny Williams to it as well...
How did yall guys forget about Jeff Lacy ??????????
Jeff Lacy was mostly hype. He didn't underacheive because he never had the ability to beat Joe. If they fought 1000 times, Joe would be 1000-0 and Jeff would be 0-1000. If he was able to beat Joe, but didn't, that would be underacheiving.
