I paid to see Rahman vs. Maskaev. So I definitely won't have a problem ordering the fight.

This fight will sell all the same, if Cotto loses vs Margarito it will sell more. If Cotto wins, he will press Mayweather to fight him, which could happen in 09 when Mayweather's 32. I then give Cotto a good chance. But i don't see Floyd fighting at 32. That's why he always takes the most money over legacy and everything else (we tell him to lol), so he doesn't have to fight as a senior citizen. I guarantee you Floyd at 30 will have nothing to do with Floyd at 32, so Cotto does have a chance, a good one.

I know the MAJORITY of NSB posters dont want to see the fight again (I am included, same outcome, Floyd victory), but it will MAKE a killing and once the 24/7 series is over, many people who said that they would NOT watch this fight, will find themselves tuning in...IMO...DIG IN... This is why this fight will do around 1.5 million buys....!! Factors to consider.... FLOYD is 30x times more expose to the mainstream public than he was in the first fight...!! Floyd will bring in the in the second fight: Hardcore Boxing Fans Casual Boxing Fans The non boxing fan The average sports fan His new fans from the UK and (Hatton Fight) His newly Found Wrestling Fans The mainstream media Floyd didn't have all those factors, in the first fight...He certainly has them now.... His aura of invincibility is even higher than the last time they fought and he will probably ignite EVEN MORE DRAMA in the build up in this fight then in the first fight...!!! This fight will bring the HARDCORE fans to their senses and they will order and watch the fight.., but more importantly this fight has something the FIRST fight didnt... TWO FIGHTERS who the mainstream media knows well, and not just ONE... FLOYD Is now a certified ICON in the sport in the terms of DRAW and APPEAL...AND Not just his STATUS..!!! Floyd vs. Hatton did 850,000 buys in America and Floyd was the only American known fighter in that fight until the build up.. But this Fight Floyd vs. Oscar 2 Has 2 Known American Fighters.....and All the drama you can ask for.... That's why this fight will do 1.5 Million Buys.....

forbes-dlh countdown is just a taste of countdown dlh-floyd. They touched on the first fight and gave you a taste. I mean the fight's 5 months away (i think) and they are already promoting this shit. I won't lie, i'll watch it!

Wow! to be honest with you Oscar has done no different with this sport than what Floyd is doing with it now. Bottom line is the man is hated on for what? making big money in this sport and for getting a couple close decisons. Wake up people this is boxing he has also lost a couple decisions he won. and about his terms and his demands, well you have to admit he was the cash cow in the sport, when your in the drivers seat you get to decide when and where you want to turn how fast you want to go, what radio station to listen to etc... Difference between Oscar and Floyd is, Oscar is willing to face the BEST while making a nice paycheck at the same time. Even now that he's practically retired and on his way out of the sport, he has his sights set on fighting both Floyd and Cotto. One thing u cant question is the mans heart! Nobody can question De La Hoyas heart, he has faced all of them the very best in the sport. The hate against him simply stems from the last three rounds against Tito. Since then the public has just hated on the man, but since then the man has stood in there and and grinded it out in every fight since then nobody seems to notice that. However those same people who hate, might have them selves another reason to hate on DLH after his rematch with Floyd.
