Because he was at 50%. When he was in training camp his trainer wanted him to pull a Rocky 4 by chopping down some trees. Tye took a different approach. Instead of using an axe, he used his bare hands. The word is that Tye used all of his power knocking down this one tree and ended up with a torn rotator cuff. This is why you saw a 50% Tye. And yet he still got a 1st round KO.All fights of the mighty tye fields could have ended in the first round had he wanted to, but intentionally let other last longer to lure opponents to fight him. Otherwise nobody would want to fight him anymore. Tye at 25 percent can send a prime mike tyson to kingdom come in te first round and that's an understatement.

If it weren't for Tye Fields, boxing would be dead.and because of tye fields people will never have to worry of King kong and Godzilla who are pissin in their pants worrying that the greatness will find them in their hide out.
