I'm really cheering for Bhop, but goddamn I am nervous for this fight. I don't think it's going to be as easy as other Bernard fans say it will.

Calzaghe wont be able to deal with the tactics Hopkins lays on him tonight, if Calzaghe had fought a great fighter maybe id give him a chance, but beating Kessler isnt a huge achievment. Will it be a huge achievement beating a 43 year old? After this fight everybody will bring Hopkins down as has happened to most of Calzaghes major opponents. Remember Lacy? Before that fight he was thought to be the greatest thing ever happened since sliced bread. Afterwards he was just an overrated bum. Don't you think that after Joe KO's Bernhard everybody will say: "So what Joe. You are still overrated. Beating an old-age pensioner doesn't bring you greatness."

Eubank, Lacy, Kessler being just three of those times. Eastman, Trinidad, Winky to name a few. You will never find a decent professional boxer who hasn't been under pressure over the course of 50 fights.

50,000 Brits depending on you to beat an undefeated fighter in your home country in your 21st title defence is a hell of a lot more pressure than fighting a 154 lbs Winky Wright @ 170. If Calzaghe lost that Kessler fight he would be lost in the boxing world.
