Hopkins has never met anyone with such SPEED Hopkins has never faced anyone who throw so many PUNCHES Hopkins is gonna get KTFO! yes cause roy jones dosnt' have speed and taylor diddn't throw alot of punches. Yes he will throw 1000 punches a fight, but how many will mean anything? hopkins has proven he's still at force even at 43 and has fought the better opponents.(Taylor,jones,Tarver,Wright, DLH,) and who has Calz best win? Let's hope that it is a knockout. If Calzaghe wins 120-108, the Calzaghe haters will claim it was a robbery. If the fight is stopped, they will claim that it was a premature stoppage, and that Hopkins would've come back to win. A 10 count is the only possible way that some of them might admit that Calzaghe is a decent fighter and they underestimated him. Then again if Calzaghe wins by KO, they will say "Hopkins was never knocked out before, so this proves that he was too old and past his best, therefore Calzaghe is a Eurofag and a slapper who would've lost to a prime Dog the Bounty Hunter. American rulez" But Hopkins has the body of a 28 year old, apparently. Age is no excuse.

best counter puncher in boxing? ha maybe a couple years ago but currently jmm winky and floyd surpass him imo the only reason im not confident of calzaghe koing hopkins its cuz the old guy hugs so much You may have an arguement with JMM. Winky? No. I can't give you that one. Floyd? Floyd is definitely faster with his counters, but imo, Hopkins is just nastier with his. That sneaky right hand counter he has is the best in the biz, imo.

Hopkins won't have to worry about fending off 1,000+ punches from Calzaghe. There are two reasons why: 1. Hopkins is not a stationary target. 2. Hopkins is the best counterpuncher in boxing. Those two things right there will shut down more than half of Calzaghe's offense. The only question I have is Hopkins' workrate and will it be enough to win majority of the rounds. This fight is a tossup in my opinion.

I think that Joe might get caught off balance and knocked down, but not hurt or anything. I honestly do not see Joe putting B-Hop down tbh but i can only hope for it... I doubt if Hopkins can go 12 rounds with Joe. He cant handle 1000 punches. I respect Hopkins a lot as it is, but if he goes the distance I'll respect him even more.
