he'll get on there.
he'll be on everybody's list after a couple more fights.
Cotto
Mayweather
Pacquiao
Hopkins
Jones
Margarito
Hatton
Marquez
^miines the best
top 10 p4p is subjective and you can argue yours is the best. just add 2 more fighters though. we don't do top 8's here. i wish i can do top 9 so wladimir is not on my list. :-)
JMM should be ranked the same as or at the least, one notch lower than Pacman.
nope.
close fights , and arguably you can say he beat manny , against one great fighter doesn't make you great as well.
taylor would've beat chavez if it wasn't for the bad stoppage. if chavez woke up with meldrick's legacy he would jump out of a high story building and cut his throat on the way down.
bowe beat holyfield 2 out of 3 times. holyfield is still ranked better in my book.
Fair play to sticking to your decision, i'd put Calzaghe ahead of Hatton everytime but it's good you have your own opinions on this stuff.
he's more talented and skilled than hatton but the 168 division has been pretty light. plus as a tua fan i like the guys that win with heart and determination. hatton has it in spades.
if calzaghe beats hopkins i'll put him #4 or maybe even past cotto and put him #3. old or not. hopkins is still hopkins. i think calzaghe wins in a close , ugly fight.
his skills are up there. very good skills and very talented.
but those i put in front of him has fought way better competition. who you fight is more important than an 0 on your record.
a win over past prime kostya is better than a win against lacy AND kessler. tell sharmba mitchell tzsyu was washed up. a loss by a junior welterweight to the p4p #1 and undisputed best at 147 is not a loss to me in my book.

not a bad list but I'd have calzache a little further up,,,certainly ahead of hatton

Im not saying he doesnt belong there Im just questioning why diego has him there as he always refers to hatton as a wrestler or club fighter
oh......my bad. didn't know that's what you meant.
1. Floyd Mayweather
2. Manny Pacquiao
3. Joe Calzaghe
4. Bernard Hopkins
5. JMM
6. Miguel Cotto
7. Israel Vazquez
8. Joan Guzman
9. Winky Wright
10. Rafael Marquez
1. Floyd Mayweather Jr.
2. Manny Pacquiao
3. Joe Calzaghe
4. Israel Vazquez
5. Bernard Hopkins
6. Juan Manuel Marquez
7. Rafael Marquez
8. Miguel Cotto
9. Kelly Pavlik
10. Ricky Hatton
i have hatton #7.
here's my list. feel free to criticize.
1. Floyd Mayweather Jr. (Most talented and best skilled boxer we have at the moment. Welterweight Roy Jones Jr. but more polished? Unlike Light Heavy though there's great fighters in your weight class. Make your money but throw in a Cotto or Margarito in between your Hatton and De La Hoya fights. Please?)
2. Manny Pacquiao (Even his boring fights are pretty good. KOed the 2 greatest Featherweights of our era. Prime or not , not even Juarez , Diaz , Marquez and Hamed could say that.)
3. Miguel Cotto (Mosley , Judah , Quintana not bad for his relatively short run at 147. A better run at 147 than my #1 if you ask me. If he can beat Margarito too......wow!)
4. Israel Vazquez (Larios , Julio , Velazquez , Marquez......sounds like Pacquiao's resume to me! Very few on this list has had wars like him.)
5. Rafael Marquez (See #4 on my list for reference and I like him better than his brother.)
6. Juan Manuel Marquez (Gets too much credit for being a bad matchup for the greater fighter listed #2. Besides I'm not convinced he's even the #1 Marquez.)
7. Ricky Hatton (Lost to #1 but who hasn't? Showed a lot of heart and my kind of fighter. Besides he beat my beloved Kostya. Zab Judah with all his skills couldn't do that. Shows how important toughness and determination is in boxing. It's not all about skills.)
8. Joe Calzaghe (Undefeated but when a 40-yr. old former middleweight champion is your biggest test to date......exposes your resume.)
9. Kelly Pavlik (Makes my list just because he showed Hopkins and Taylor how a Middleweight Champion should fight. Don't let me down and be a flash in the pan okay?)
10. Wladimir Klitschko (I gotta have at least one heavyweght on my list and he's it......I think I might have to change that rule soon......you think?)
not a bad list but I'd have calzache a little further up,,,certainly ahead of hatton
why not? it's all subjective when it comes to p4p rankings anyway.
i have hatton on my list as well.
a win over past prime kostya tzsyu is better than any win over tarver or jermain taylor who never had a prime.
Im not saying he doesnt belong there Im just questioning why diego has him there as he always refers to hatton as a wrestler or club fighter
lol @ you putting hatton 8 who;s a "wrestling club fighter". of course that makes your boy floyd look better so I see your logic :)

4. Hopkins
5. Cotto
6. Pavlik
7. JMMarquez
8. Hatton
9. Vazquez
10. Wright

It was a close fight, he didnt lose or look ridiculous as both Haye and Hatton have. I thought that Hatton lost or at least drew against Collazo.
I don't have Hatton in my top 10 :buttkick:
When did Haye look so bad? 3 years ago before becoming the unified champ in his division and knocking out both champs to do it?
I was not impressed with his fight against Hugo Cazares, I thought he lost that fight and the ref missed a knockdown.
Sorry :bottle:
